I've been in the healthcare analytics industry for 15 years. I built research-grade EMR and claims datasets from raw data patient records, notes curation, surveys, publicly available data, the whole pipeline end to end. I led RWD analytics teams at DRG (Clarivate) and EVERSANA, managed $15M+ project portfolios for biopharma clients, ran outcomes studies, published ML results, and built the A-teams that delivered them. At Frazier Healthcare Partners I build ML models, automate workflows, clean up and rebuild data warehouses, and deploy AI agents across their portfolio companies. I've held every role in the analytics stack and I know where it breaks

Analytics is ad-hoc, high-urgency, never the same question twice and the tools we have were never designed for that reality. I believe analysts and data scientists should be doing what they were hired to do: analytics. Not updating Confluence pages. Not maintaining git repos so knowledge doesn't vanish when someone leaves. Knowledge preservation is what drove human progress — and it will be the single most important thing for organizations to unlock the full power of AI. That's why I'm building Neuron. I helped build the DRG Analytics group from a team of four to nearly 100, working across every role before leading a team of data scientists and consultants through our sale to Clarivate. From there I led the data and analytics P&L at EVERSANA, where my team commercialized an EHR data product, delivered standalone analytics projects, and served the commercial analytics and evidence generation needs of full product launch clients. Across both roles I was responsible for over $30M per year in data and analytics revenue to life sciences and health technology companies. Today I advise healthcare companies on applying AI where it creates real enterprise value working at the leading edge of what's possible while staying grounded in what's practical

I co-founded Momenta because we kept running into the same problem: knowledge accumulation was always the bottleneck. We spent millions on data, technology, and people and still could only generate insights so fast. AI won't solve that. But solving it is what will actually realize AI's potential in data and analytics

I co-founded a healthcare technology company where we built a custom EMR platform purpose-built for structured data capture, powering real-world evidence and real-world data initiatives across North America and Europe.
